§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is imposed shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and be fined in an amount not more than $500. Each day’s maintenance of a misdemeanor shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B)   In addition to division (A) above, any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 73.15 through 73.24 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of such failure to comply.
   (C)   Any person found to be in violation of §§ 73.35 through 73.38 of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty provision of division (A) above.
