(A) For any violation of the terms and conditions of §§ 73.35 through 73.38 of this chapter, any permit is subject to immediate impoundment and revocation by the Chair and Board of Trustees after a public hearing thereon, due notice having been given to the permit holder.
(B) All law enforcement officers having arrest jurisdiction within the corporate limits are hereby authorized to enforce the terms and conditions of §§ 73.35 through 73.38 of this chapter.
