(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person violating the provisions of § 112.01 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, on conviction, be fined not less than $10, nor more than $100.

(2) Failure to comply with § 112.02 by the owner, or operator, shall constitute, upon conviction, a misdemeanor, and shall be fined not less than $10, nor more than $100.
