(A)
Owners, or operators, of businesses offering pool as an entertainment form, whether the primary form of business or not, shall comply with § 112.01, as well as pay to the city a license fee of $10 on the first table, and $5 on each additional table on the premises.
(B) A license must be publicly displayed on said business premises. Licenses are to be issued by the City Clerk-Treasurer.
