(A) It shall be unlawful for the owner, or operator, of any poolroom or pool hall, or pool parlor, or any employee of such owner, or operator, to permit any person, or persons, under the age of 18 years to play pool, billiards, or any other game, or frequent, or congregate, in such poolroom, pool hall, or pool parlor, or any department thereof.
(B) No poolroom, pool hall, or pool parlor shall be operated between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
