§ 150.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Any violation of §§ 150.15 through 150.20 of this chapter may be enjoined by the Circuit Court on application of the City Building Inspector.

   (C)   Any failure or refusal to comply with the provisions of §§ 150.35 through 150.59 of this chapter or any order of the Codes Enforcement Officer shall be deemed a violation. The penalty for violation of any provision of §§ 150.35 through 150.59 of this chapter, and non-compliance with any order of the Codes Enforcement Officer of the City Board of Building and Housing Appeals after all grace periods and appeals times shall have expired, is the sum of $50 for each day the violation continues.
