(A) The Kentucky Uniform State Building Code, as contained in Ch. 7, Title 815 of the Kentucky Administrative Regulations, together with any amendments is adopted by reference as if fully set forth in this code.
(B) A copy of the Kentucky Uniform State Building Code shall be maintained on file in the office of the City Clerk and shall be available for public inspection during normal office hours.
(C) The application of the Kentucky Uniform State Building Code is extended to all single-family dwellings in the city which may be constructed or remodeled.
