§ 150.20  CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY REQUIRED; ISSUANCE CONDITIONS.
   (A)   No person, nor entity, shall occupy any single- or double-family residence until the City Building Inspector has issued a certificate of occupancy or compliance.

   (B)   A residential certificate of occupancy shall not be issued unless the structure is completed in accordance with the Kentucky Uniform State Building Code.
