§ 150.01 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.
   (A)   The Board of County Commissioners adopt the Comprehensive Plan as presented by the Plan Commission. The Comprehensive Plan, dated July, 2009, will be the official policy of the county regarding the future development of the county; for land use development in the county; and, for the development of public ways, places, lands, structures, and utilities. The County Clerk will file a copy of the Comprehensive Plan with the office of the County Recorder.
   (B)   The final document is hereby approved, contingent upon comments and approval received from the State Office of Community and Rural Affairs. Further, the Board of County Commissioners will fully consider all comments and feedback received from the State Office of Community and Rural Affairs, and will direct its consultant to provide amended copies of this Comprehensive Plan reflecting all said comments.

§ 150.02 THOROUGHFARE PLAN.
   The June, 1991, Thoroughfare Plan shall be in full force and effect. Copies of the Thoroughfare Plan are available in the Planning Department and County Auditor’s office.

§ 150.03 FEES FOR PLANNING AND ZONING.
   (A)   Waiving of fees. The following fees may be waived by the County Building Commissioner or County Zoning Administrator upon good cause. When determining if good cause exists, the County Building Commissioner or County Zoning Administrator may consider the following:
      (1)   Whenever the interest of justice or public polity may require; and
      (2)   If classified as a governmental institution.
