§ 110.01 AUTHORITY TO GRANT.
   The Board of County Commissioners may grant licenses, permits, or franchises for the use of county property if they:
   (A)   Are not exclusive;
   (B)   Are of a definite duration; and
   (C)   Are assignable only with the consent of the executive.

§ 110.02 AUTHORITY TO CHARGE FEES.
   The county may impose a fee for such licenses or permits which is reasonably related to the administrative cost of exercising the regulatory powers.
