Conditionally permitted uses in the I-2 Zone shall be as follows:
A. Airports, subject to the regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration;
B. (Reserved);
C. Automobile reduction yard;
D. Excavation of sand, gravel, dirt, ore or minerals;
E. Fiberglass manufacturing and processing;
F. Heliports, subject to the regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration;
G. Meat packing;
H. (Reserved);
I. Oil refineries;
J. Racetracks;
K. Railroad switching yards;
L. Scrap metal or used materials processing, handling, and storage facilities, except recycling centers;
M. Sewage treatment plants;
N. (Reserved);
O. Junkyards;
P. Auto dismantling and salvage yards;
Q. Any production, testing, processing of goods or products; provided it conforms with the performance standards set forth in Sections 17.58.010 through 17.58.140 for the emission or creation of noise, vibration, smoke, dust or other particular matter, toxic or noxious materials, odors, glare or heat;
R. Those uses involving the storage, utilization or manufacture of volatile or explosive materials or products;
S. Conditionally permitted uses as per Section 17.28.030 of this title;
T. Charity dining facilities, homeless shelters and similar services subject to provisions of Section 17.24.030(M);
U. Wireless telecommunication facilities with a height greater than seventy-five feet.
