Development of any portion of land within the SH Zone shall be subject to all applicable requirements of Chapters 17.52 through 17.64 of this title. Furthermore, if the proposed uses include more than just normal farming operations (i.e., packing, processing, sales and/or auction yards, etc.), the planning director shall require all necessary fencing and/or screening of the proposed uses (see Articles III and V of Chapter 17.52 of this title), if it is deemed to be in the best interests of the surrounding land uses and/or development pattern.
