A. The city zoning administrator or agent is authorized to make inspections as are necessary to determine satisfactory compliance with this title and shall have the authority to enter at reasonable times upon any private or public real property for the purpose of inspection and investigating conditions relating to the enforcement of this title.
B. It shall be the duty of the owners of mobile home parks or persons in charge thereof, or owners or occupants of a lot in a mobile home subdivision, to allow the city zoning administrator or his agent free access to such premises at reasonable times for the purpose of inspections.
C. It shall be the duty of every occupant of a mobile home park to allow the owner thereof, or his agents or employees, access to any part of the mobile home park at reasonable times for the purpose of making repairs or alterations as may be necessary to effect compliance with this title or with any lawful order issued pursuant to the provisions of this title.
