A. Fees for matters pertinent to the administration of this title will be set from time to time by ordinance of the city council, including fees for:
1. Zoning text amendments, no charge;
2. Rezonings/P.A.D. amendment, $350.00/+ $30.00/per acre;
3. General Plan amendment, $350.00/+ $30.00/per acre;
4. Pre-plats, $350.00/+ $3.00/lot;
5. Final plats, $350.00/+ $3.00/lot;
6. Replats, $100.00;
7. Major site plan reviews, $100.00;
8. Variances, owner-occupied residential uses, $100.00;
9. Variances, all other, $350.00;
10. Conditional use permit, $350.00;
11. Special temporary use permit, $100.00;
12. Appeals, $200.00;
13. Amendments to previously approved site plans, $100.00
B. For purposes of this title, the first site plan filed for a site developed prior to the effective date of the ordinance codified in this title or for a site developed prior to annexation shall be considered an amendment to a previously approved site plan.
C. Filing fee may be waived by the city council for any application filed by any agency or department of the city of any government organized under the laws of the state of Arizona or of the United States. The exception shall not apply to nongovernmental leases of government land.
D. The city council may waive fees to avoid duplication of charges or undue hardship.
