Any and all fees provided for by this chapter shall be paid to the finance department within thirty days from the date a bill therefor is deposited in the regular first class U.S. Mail, with postage fully paid and addressed to the user at the address where the alarm system is operated. Fees not paid in full at the end of such period shall be subject to a late fee, and may result in permit revocation proceedings by the alarm coordinator, as set forth in Subsection 8.24.150.G.
