A. Minimum stall count and dimension requirements for drive-thru facilities. Drive-thru facilities shall comply with the standards outlined in Table 17.56.210. Drive-thru queue length shall be measured from the center of the last service window. Queue length for car wash uses shall be measured from the stop line prior to entrance to vehicle space inside car wash building. Queue length for ATMs shall be measured from the actual ATM.
B. Interference with street or parking areas prohibited. The stall dimensions and minimum stall requirements shall be met without interfering with through streets, internal circulation drives or parking areas.
C. Queueing lane width requirements. All drive-thru lanes shall have a minimum width of 10 feet. Drive aisles used for internal site circulation, parking lot access or traffic distribution shall not be used as drive-thru lanes nor be counted toward any requirement for drive-thru lane dimensions.
