(A) A point-by-point lighting plan is required for development plan approval that indicates the foot-candles at grade grid points that cover the site. The Planning Director may waive this requirement for projects on less than an acre if the fixture types are specified on the plan and will comply with the Community Appearance Manual.
(B) Any changes to the lighting plan must be approved by the Planning Director through a development plan revision.
