Every principal building erected in the A District shall conform to the following requirements.
Maximum building height (does not apply to accessory agricultural structures) | 35 feet |
Minimum lot area | 3 acres |
Minimum lot depth | 200 feet |
Minimum lot width at the established building line | 150 feet |
Minimum setbacks | |
From either side lot line | 10 feet |
From front lot line | 50 feet |
From rear lot line | 25 feet |
From side yard abutting street | 50 feet |
Total for both side yard lines | 25 feet |
