§ 159.025 GENERAL PROHIBITION.

   Hereafter, it shall be unlawful to do the following within the city (except in conformity with the provisions of this chapter):

   (A)   To erect, use, occupy, enlarge, alter, relocate or reconstruct any structure or part thereof;

   (B)   To create any lot; or

   (C)   To use, occupy or develop any lot or part thereof.
