§ 158.118  ACCESS AND RELATIONSHIP TO STREET.
   (A)   Land shall be subdivided in such a way that each lot abuts a street meeting the requirements of § 158.130 of this chapter.
   (B)   All side lot lines shall be at right angles to straight street right-of-way lines or radial to curved street right-of-way lines, except where a deviation from this rule will provide a better street and lot design.
