§ 73.07  OPERATION ON SIDEWALKS AND ROADWAYS.
   (A)   Operation shall be allowed on all city streets and sidewalks, except for those listed in Ch. 75, Schd. IV, of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Vehicles shall not be operated on state highways within the city pursuant to state law, which does not allow non-roadworthy vehicles to be operated on the roadways of the state.
