§ 73.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   All individuals who violate §§ 73.03 through 73.10 of this chapter shall be subject to issuance of a city ordinance violation and corresponding fine, pursuant to rules already established in the city code of ordinances.

   (C)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 73.25 through 73.31 of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor (with the exception of driving under the influence of alcohol) and shall be punished by a fine of $75. A second or subsequent offense shall result in revocation of the permit for a period of not less than six months, nor more than three years, to be determined by the Chief of Police.
      (2)   To the extent that any violation of §§ 73.25 through 73.31 of this chapter also constitutes a violation on a criminal statute of the state, then the violator shall also be subject to criminal prosecution.
