§ 71.26  GENERAL RESTRICTIONS.
   The speed limits on the various streets shall be approved by the City Council, but shall not exceed 20 mph in a school zone and not to exceed 25 mph on a residential street; otherwise, 30 mph on an arterial street unless otherwise posted.
