§ 70.01  DEFINITIONS.
   The Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 1, entitled “Title and Definitions”, as passed, approved and amended by the state’s General Assembly is hereby adopted by the city, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the city.
