§ 51.021  WATER WELL PERMITS REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to drill a water well in the city without the proper permits from the state and the City Council. All wells shall comply with §§ 51.055 through 51.066 of this chapter. No wells shall be drilled when the property is within 200 feet of the municipal water main.
