§ 51.015  USE OF WATER ON CONSUMER’S PREMISES.
   The city shall reserve the right to use the water from the consumer’s facilities at any time deemed necessary. No charge shall be made by the consumer for the use of the facilities and no charge shall be made by the city for the water used by the city.
