§ 155.001 EFFECTIVE DATE; AUTHORITY.

(A) This chapter supersedes prior enactments of the Subdivision Regulations which originally took effect on April 23, 1963. This chapter applies to all lands, buildings, properties, and their uses within the unincorporated portion of the county.

(B) This chapter is adopted pursuant to Md. Code, Land Use Article, and Chapter 158 of this County Code. Any appeal or variance from the provisions of this chapter shall be in accordance with Chapter 158. Any violation of this chapter may be enforced in accordance with Chapter 158.
