(A) The county may issue a stop work order against any person who violates any provision of this chapter.
(B) Any PUs substituted without approval are subject to a removal order. Under such circumstances, replacement may be required and may be subject to security requirements.
(C) The county may seek an injunction requiring the person to comply with this chapter and to take corrective action to rectify the violation.
(D) The county may withhold any other pending approvals or permits, including building permits, that the person subject to the violation in question is requesting until the violation is corrected.
