§ 157.21 SECURITY.
   Any person required to provide landscaping under the provisions of this chapter is required to enter into a surety agreement with the county and provide a suitable and adequate guaranty to the county in the form of an irrevocable letter of credit, or other security approved by the county. The guaranty shall ensure the establishment of the plantings or conservation in an amount determined by the county. The guaranty shall be submitted and approved by the county and in place prior to issuance of any grading permit for the site in question and shall be held until the initial inspection is conducted and approved by the county.
