The provisions of this chapter do not apply to:
(A) Minor residential subdivisions, as defined in Chapter 155, Development and Subdivision of Land;
(B) Agricultural land management practices;
(C) Additions or modifications to existing single-family residences;
(D) Any new construction activity on residential single lots of record;
(E) Off conveyance lots and remainders;
(F) Certain site plans as determined by the Director of the Department of Land Use, Planning, and Development, or its successor agency;
(G) Simplified site plans in accordance with the Development Review Manual, except where the BZA specifically requires landscaping or screening as part of its approval; and

(H) Site redevelopment plans where the adjacent property owners have provided written confirmation that screening requirements may be waived. In order to waive screening along any one side of a site, all of the property owners adjacent to that side must provide written confirmation. Any portion of a site adjacent to a public right-of-way is not eligible for waiver of the screening requirement.
