§ 92.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates a provision of § 92.001 or fails to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter or constructs, alters, or repairs roads, highways, or storm drains in violation of an approved plan, drawing or directive of the Department of Public Works or the provisions of § 92.001 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (B)   (1)   Any person who shall violate a provision of §§ 92.015 through 92.030 or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements of §§ 92.015 through 92.030 or who shall perform any excavation in violation of an approved plan or directive of the County Commissioners or of a permit or certificate issued under provisions of §§ 92.015 through 92.030 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

      (2)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 92.029 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and liable for a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that work continues in violation of the stop work order shall be deemed a separate offense. A violation of § 92.029 shall be in addition to a violation of division (A) above.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision of § 92.066 shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not exceeding $100 per violation.

   (D)   Any person violating any provision of § 92.067 may be subject to a civil infraction punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or imprisonment not to exceed six months at the Carroll County Detention Center.
