§ 92.030 CITATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT.
   In the discretion of the County Commissioners, a notice of violation may be issued by the Code Enforcement Officer or his or her designee to any person in violation of this subchapter. Such notice shall impose upon the person in violation a penalty as indicated by the County Commissioners, which may, at the discretion of the person receiving such notice, be paid to the County Commissioners, Tax Collections Office, 225 North Center Street, Westminster, Maryland, 21157, within 72 hours in full satisfaction of the violation. In the event that such penalty is not paid within the time prescribed, a criminal charging document shall be initiated before a District Court Commissioner setting forth the nature of the violation.
