§ 70.99 PENALTY.

All violations of §§ 70.01 through 70.09 shall be punishable by a fine. Fines shall be in an amount as set forth on the fine schedule adopted by the District Court of Maryland, pursuant to the Md. Code, Transportation Article, as amended from time to time.
