73.01 DEFINITION.

For the purpose of this chapter, “private parking lot” means any off-street parking area accommodating more than ten (10) cars, the ownership of which is in a private party, firm, or corporation, whether leased to the City or otherwise, upon any portion of which parking is granted to persons other than the owner or employees of the owner.

73.02 REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS.

The provisions of this chapter are subject to the record approval of the parking regulations and time restrictions by the Council, which regulations and restrictions shall be posted at each entrance to said lots.
