§ 2-1-1 AUTHORIZATION TO EMPLOY ADMINISTRATOR; APPOINTMENT.

   The President and Board of Trustees are hereby authorized to employ a Village Administrator. Such Administrator shall be appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. The Village Administrator may also be referred to or be known as the Village Manager.
