§ 2-1-5 ACTING ADMINISTRATOR.
   If, because of a temporary absence, disability or illness, the Manager is unable to carry out the functions of this office, the corporate authorities may appoint an Acting Administrator to carry out the duties of the Village Manager during the Village Manager’s absence.
