   The composition, structure, powers and duties of the Planning Board shall be those set out in Chapter 91 of this code.

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

§ 22.10 ESTABLISHMENT.

   There is hereby created a Board of Adjustment for the town, which Board is hereinafter referred to as the “Board of Adjustment.”

   The composition, structure, powers and duties of the Board of Adjustment shall be those set out in Chapter 91 of this code.

§ 22.12 COMPOSITION OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.

   The Planning Board shall also act as the Board of Adjustment and when so doing shall act in the name and authority, exercising the powers and duties granted and established for the Board of Adjustment and not the Planning Board.

PARKS, RECREATION, OPEN SPACE, GREENWAY COMMISSION, AND TREE BOARD

§ 22.20 ESTABLISHMENT.

   There is hereby created a Parks, Recreation, Open Space, Greenway Commission, and Tree Board for the town, which Board is hereafter referred to as the “Parks Commission.”
