§ 32.101 APPLICATION FOR INSTALLATION OF SEWER.
   An owner of real property, the agent of an owner, a builder or a plumber registered with the Board of Directors desiring to have a lateral sewer installed, repaired or replaced, re-located or removed, shall make application to the General Manager of the District to have the work done.
