§ 32.040 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COLLECTING LINE. A sewer line capable of having connected thereto more than one lateral sewer. The minimum inside diameter of a COLLECTING LINE is established as six inches.
