(a) The Utilities Department is authorized to accept payments for its water and sewer services by credit card under and pursuant to the procedures set forth in I.C., 36-1-8-11, as the same may be amended from time to time.
(b) If there is a charge to the Utilities Department for the use of a credit card to make such payments, the Utilities Department may collect a sum equal to the amount of the charge from the person using the credit card.
(c) The Utilities Department shall apply the same uniform procedures for all payments made by credit card.
