ORDINANCE No. D-1503-01
AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA
   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, has completed the Fourth Quarter 2000 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Carmel, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general nature enacted since the prior supplement to the code of ordinances of this municipality; and
   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation has recommended the revision or addition of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances which are based on or make references to sections of the Indiana Code; and
   WHEREAS, the Fourth Quarter 2000 Supplement has been reviewed and found to be accurate; and
   WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Council to accept these updated sections in accordance with the changes of the law of the State of Indiana.
   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana:
   1.   That the Fourth Quarter 2000 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Carmel as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, and as attached hereto, be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety.
   2.   That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its date of passage.
   PASSED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, this 19th day of February, 2001, by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA
   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, has completed the First Quarter 2002 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Carmel, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general nature enacted since the prior supplement to the code of ordinances of this municipality; and
   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation has recommended the revision or addition of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances which are based on or make references to sections of the Indiana Code; and
   WHEREAS, the First Quarter 2002 Supplement has been reviewed and found to be accurate; and
   WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Council to accept these updated sections in accordance with the changes of the law of the State of Indiana.
   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana:
      Section I: That the First Quarter 2002 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Carmel as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, and as attached hereto, be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety.
      Section II: All prior Ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with any provision of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
      Section III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and signing by the Mayor.
      PASSED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, this 17th day of June, 2002, by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays.
