§ 9-65 Rates and Charges for Recurring Sales of Raw (Untreated) Water.
   There shall be and there are hereby established for the use of and the service rendered by the waterworks system of the City, the following rates and charges based on the use of raw (untreated) water supplied by the waterworks system to a delivery point which is located on an existing water line:
   Metered Monthly Rate
      Rate per 1,000,000 Gallons: $225
