§ 9-60 Temporary Users.
   Water furnished to temporary users such as contractors, circuses, carnivals, seasonal stands, and the like, shall be charged on the basis of the quantity rates as stated in § 9-54, or as estimated by the designated utility employee appointed by the Carmel Utility Manager.
