§ 9-56 Charges for Public and Private Fire Protection.
   (a)   Public fire protection.
      (1)   Class A customer public fire protection service per annum: $350.43 per hydrant.
      (2)   Class B customer public fire protection service per annum: $274.00 per hydrant.
   (b)   Private fire protection.
      (1)   Class A customer private fire protection service per month: $29.20 per hydrant.
      (2)   Class B customer private fire protection service per month: $4.35 per hydrant per inch of hydrant size.
      (3)   Main charge per month per inch: $4.35.
