§ 9-40 Repayment to Individual Contributors.
   Repayment for future connections made to the “local system” as outlined in § 9-39(b), may be reimbursed on the basis of the “Fifteen Year Law” (now “Barrett Law Funding for Municipal Sewers,” I.C., 36-9-39) as administered by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
