(a)
The Water Master Plan for the City is adopted and incorporated by reference as though set out in its entirety within this division. Copies of said Water Master Plan shall be maintained in the office of the Clerk and the Public Utilities Office for Water.
(b) The waterworks system operated by the City is known as the Carmel Water Utility.
(c) The service area for the Carmel Water Utility shall be on file in the Office of the Utility Manager.
