§ 1-1 Code Citation and Designation.
   The ordinances embraced in the following chapters, articles, divisions and sections shall constitute and be designated as “The Carmel City Code,” and may be so cited. Such Code may also be cited as “The Carmel City Code,” or “this Code.”
