§ 8-62 Driveway Permit.
   No person shall construct a driveway across any sidewalk in the City without a permit from the City Engineer. No permit for the construction of a driveway onto a street for commercial use, or the habitual use of any other than the owner or occupant of the premises served, shall be issued except upon the order of the Board of Public Works and Safety or the Council.
