The following additional weight limitations apply on the following City roadways:
(a) No person shall operate any vehicle having a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) or a combined gross vehicle weight rating (CGVWR) of 19,501 pounds or more on any of the following roadways:
(1) River Road, from its intersection with, but not including, East 146th Street south to its intersection with, but not including, 116th Street.
(2) Carey Road, from its intersection with, but not including, East 146th Street south to its intersection with East Smokey Row Road.
(3) Gray Road, from its intersection with, but not including, East 146th Street south to its intersection with, but not including, 106th Street.
(4) Rohrer Road, from its intersection with, but not including, West 136th Street north to its intersection with, but not including, 146th Street.
(5) Keystone Avenue (formerly S.R. 431), from its intersection with, but not including, 96th Street north to its northern terminus approximately 3,400 feet north of 136th Street.
(6) Old Meridian Street, between its southern and northern intersections with, but not including, Highway 31.
(7) Guilford Road, from its intersection with, but not including, 116th Street north to its intersection with, but not including Old Meridian Street.
(8) Main Street, from it intersection with, but not including, Illinois Street east to its intersection with, but not including Keystone Parkway.
(9) 136th Street, from its intersection with, but not including, Illinois Street east to its intersection with, but not including, Rohrer Road.
(10) Illinois Street, from its intersection with, but not including, 116th Street north to its intersection with, but not including, 136th Street.
(11) East Smokey Row Road, from its intersection with, but not including, Keystone Parkway east to its terminus at Gray Road.
(12) Main Street, from its intersection with, but not including, Keystone Parkway east to its terminus at River Road.
(13) 126th Street, from its intersection with, but not including, Keystone Parkway east to its terminus at River Road.
(14) Carmel Drive, from its intersection with, but not including, Keystone Parkway east to its terminus at 126th Street.
(15) 116th Street, from its intersection with, but not including, Keystone Parkway east to the City’s corporate boundary.
(16) 106th Street, from its intersection with, but not including, Keystone Parkway east to, but not including its intersection with Gray Road.
(17) Cherry Creek Boulevard, from Hazel Dell Road to River Road.
(b) No person shall operate any vehicle having a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) or a combined gross vehicle weight rating of 10,001 pounds or more on any of the following roadways:
(1) Reserved.
(2) Reserved.
(c) This section shall not apply to those vehicles and under those circumstances as are set forth in § 8-56, as the same may be amended from time to time.
(d) This section shall not apply to Keystone Avenue during the period of time in which the Indiana Department of Transportation’s planned major reconstruction of U.S. Route 31 is taking place thereon between the intersections of 96th Street and I-465 and the intersections of 161st Street and U.S. 31.
(e) Any person who violates this section shall be subject to a fine of up to $500 for each such offense.
