§ 8-49 Thirty Minute Parking.
   (a)   No person shall stand or park any vehicle for a continuous period of time in excess of 30 minutes on the following City streets:
      (1)   On the west side of 3rd Avenue S.W. from a point 391 feet south of the intersection of City Center Drive and 3rd Avenue S.W. to a point 572 feet south of said intersection.
   (b)   Reserved.
